Most peer-support warmlines close by 10pm. National hotlines are overwhelmed overnight, with long wait times when minutes feel like hours. The moment you need someone most is the moment the system has the fewest people available.

English and Spanish from day one. Because a crisis doesn't wait for a translator, and everyone deserves to be heard in the language they think in.

We use a peer support model. Our listeners have lived experience. They understand what it feels like to be up at 2am with no one to call. Because they've been there.
Built for the dark hours.
While other lines reduce staffing at night, we increase it. Our infrastructure is designed around the hours when isolation hits hardest and help is hardest to find.
I've personally spent many hours at night just trying to get a hold of someone to walk me through a tough time. It's quite difficult to get help when it's needed. That's why this exists.
